West Georgia's Imereti is mostly a mountainous land featuring milder and varied climates, making it one of the country's most diverse winemaking regions. Wines here are known for their elegance and being vivid, spirited and distinctive.

Our trip takes us to a farm-to-table restaurant, stops for wine-tasting the home of an accomplished local artisan, where we learn about their winemaking techniques, taste a limitless amount of wine and eat copious amounts of local, home-cooked fare before spending the night in a nearby boutique hotel.
