Meet Me Here Tbilisi's Wine Tours takes you to the homes, vineyards and cellars of some of Georgia's most outstanding natural winemakers for a personal, intimate immersion into the country's wild world of wine. These people are recultivating long lost grape varietals, finding new expressions with time-honored ones, and also preserving traditional styles. In Georgia's 8000 years of winemaking, there has never been a more exciting time to uncork a bottle. ​

 

Day trips to Kakheti and Kartli and an overnighter to Imereti are full of copious amounts of wine, belt-popping home cooking and the feeling of what it's like to arrive at someone's home as guests (who our hosts believe are gifts from god) and to leave as old friends. It is the only way to really experience Georgia's wine culture.
